Depuis 1995, nous menons l'entreprise familiale dans la 6ème génération. Initialement, comme une "épicerie" typique, nous avons ensuite complètement concentré sur la viticulture. Pendant ce temps chérissons et nous maintenons environ 5 ha de vignes par des lignes directrices conventionnelles et biologiques. Qu'est-ce clair dès le départ était pour nous: plus de sa propre famille et les animaux sont étrangers revitaliser notre qual. Et donc nous avons commencé en 1996 avec la portion de clients. Puis en 2002, est née l'idée de la "Dormir dans un tonneau" il. Depuis lors, nous avons 34 voyageurs non conventionnelles aux nuits originaux.
