La Casina Rodiani est une structure d'hébergement à faible impact environnemental fondée en 2011 à la suite de la rénovation d'une ancienne ferme datant de la fin des années 1600.
La ferme est située sur le sommet de la montagne de Drezzo, à 460 m.s.l.m., où elle jouit d’un splendide panorama de collines au coucher du soleil. Le parc privé de la propriété, totalement inséré dans le parc régional Spina Verde de Côme, est caractérisé par le ronchi ou terrazzamenti, qui rappelle comment, il y a des décennies, le territoire a été aménagé pour favoriser l'agriculture. Aujourd'hui, ce territoire est protégé et offre d'agréables promenades et des vues magnifiques que nos hôtes peuvent découvrir à pied ou avec des vélos électriques disponibles. Les lacs de Côme et de Lugano sont accessibles en seulement 15 minutes de route.
Vous envisagez de vous détendre et de profiter des produits de la terre de notre territoire et nous essaierons de la préserver et de l’améliorer afin que l’impact sur l’environnement soit aussi réduit que possible. Le prix du climat reçu par Lega Ambiente Turismo en 2012 et le niveau Platinum atteint par le programme EcoLeaders de Trip Advisor en 2014 sont les premiers prix qui résument la manière dont nous avons réussi à combiner les besoins modernes avec un bâtiment vieux de 400 ans en faveur du Green Hospitality.
Le petit-déjeuner est servi sur la table devant votre chambre ou devant la cheminée de la salle à manger, ancienne écurie de la Cascina. Sur demande, nous serons heureux de vous préparer de fantastiques bagels à emporter pour le déjeuner, un apéritif et même un dîner. Nous attachons une grande importance à l'authenticité et à la provenance des ingrédients que nous utilisons, nous ne sélectionnons que des produits biologiques, écologiques et locaux, ainsi que de promouvoir une alimentation saine et de qualité.
Le parc de la Cascina accueille un étang naturel, dont les eaux sont nettoyées par les plantes sans l'utilisation de produits chimiques. Les jours plus froids, vous pourrez profiter de la chaleur du sauna au feu de bois situé près de l'étang.
Remise du plein tarif à partir de la deuxième nuit. L'étang naturel et le sauna sont inclus dans le prix.

The Cascina is a beautiful place in the middle of nature. The room are comfortable and the breakfast was prepared with love. We had also good organic wine and delicious dinner. Samuel and the staff is very friendly. We love to come back.

Staying with Samuel and Nicole was the best possible experience of vacation. After month of working hard it ist the best way to go for a rest. Thank you for all the hospitality and passion for what you do for this place.
You can eat Dinner in the small ristorante of Samuel, you can Rent ebikes for free and you can use the Sauna in the evening.

We whose the B&B originally for its ecological positioning. We ended up in a little paradise in a beautiful region of Italy, where Samuel ans his team built the perfect place to relax, detach and enjoy nature and good food .

Camere e bagno grandissime e profumate con essenze naturali. Sauna con stufa a legna e laghetto naturale dove immergersi. Tantissimi tipi di piante, animali e insetti da osservare. Parco immenso con bosco dove percorrere diversi sentieri. Cibo del luogo, prodotti artigianali e genuini. Cibo buonissimo, preparato al momento e anche vegetariano. Esperienza familiare semplicemente perfetta: noi siamo in sette, due genitori e 5 figli di diversa età, e non è facile scegliere una vacanza che soddisfi tutti... Cascina Rodiani è riuscita ad accontentare tutti noi: posto splendido e accogliente con ampi spazi a disposizione, laghetto fruibilissimo e contesto armonioso, il tutto condito da gentilezza e disponibilità sia di Samuel che di Nicole, presenza giovane e preziosa!
Sì mangia benissimo e la colazione è fantastica....ogni tanto ci penso ancora alle centrifughe gustate sul patio...in definitiva spero che il soggiorno a Cascina Rodiani possa diventare una tradizione familiare da ripetere ogni anno!

Der Naturschwimmteich erfrischend und sehr sauber. Das Essen (vegan) war ausgezeichnet und das Zimmer sehr sauber.

We had a wonderful stay at Cascina Rodiani! The place is furnished so nicely and we really enjoyed the sauna. The dinner and breakfast we had here was also delicious! We only stayed 1 night and really wished we could’ve stayed longer.. we hope to be back again! I would highly recommend this ecobnb to anyone looking for accommodations in the area! It is a quite location but very close to Como (it was about a 20 minute drive from the city).

Abbiamo trovato camera e bagno grandi e ben arredati. Molto pulito. Ambiente bellissimo, ben curato e tranquillo. Pasti gustosi con prodotti locali selezionati con cura. Accoglienza e servizio molto cordiali. Un piccolo paradiso.

My wife and I stayed 3 nights and had an amazing time with excellent healthy food and memorable hospitality. Room was spacious and very silent at night. We were able to use this as our base to explore nearby Lakes Como and Lugano. The owner is extremely gracious and helpful with advice. Breakffast was delicious and we also had bagel sandwiches for a picnic and a dinner one evening. Outstanding. Would definitely recommend and come back if ever we are in this area again.

It was great staying at Rodiana. Samuel is a great host, takes time for a chat and answers all questions, and provides you with necessary things. It is a stunning place, you can only dream about, high in the mountain, beautiful green and a very well taken care place. He is very creative and re-uses material as much as possible, the family suite is lovely, spacious and has many games. Also the food he prepared for us was delicious, local and organic where possible - chickens, vegetables, fruit, herbs from the garden. We traveled by train with a small child of 2 years. We were very lucky that Samuel picked us up. While the place is reachable by public transport, it is not easy to get around without a car. Hills are steep and walks with a pram are hardly possible in the forest or walking paths. But without a small child, it is definitely possible without a car.
We would love to come back when the figs and the lemons and olives are ripe.

A parte il tempo (peccato veramente) è stato un piacevole week-end: dire che ci siamo trovati bene è dire poco! siamo stati subito accolti e messi a proprio agio in questa location immersa nel verde e molto ospitale dove non ci è mancato nulla! Anche la cena proposta da Samuel e' stata graditissima con cibo biologico a Km0. Uno dei pochi proprietari che mette a disposizione tutta l'esperienza acquisita del territorio ai suoi ospiti.

Bellissimo posto, curato con eleganza e gusto. Camera molto grande, accogliente e pulita. Colazione eccezionale e Samuel si è dimostrato cordialissimo e molto ben preparato a dare utilissimi suggerimenti per visitare al meglio il territorio.
Unico rammarico, il cattivo tempo che non ci ha permesso di apprezzare pienamente l'esterno....motivo in più per ritornarci.

Giunti a destinazione siamo stati accolti in maniera come se ci conoscessimo e questo ti mette subito a tuo agio. La posizione tranquilla e collinare con una discreta vista panoramica. Servizi in camera ottimi unico neo manca il bide. La colazione ottima. Nel complesso direi molto positivo.

Much more than we expected! Beautiful place, amazing view, and built with so much creativity and thought about every detail. Very comfortable and clean, very majestic, and yet very down to earth and simple. If we have the chance we'll definitly go back.

We were so pleased with our stay here. It was peaceful and tranquil, with lovely views. The room was beautiful and we enjoyed breakfast on the porch overlooking the garden. Samuel was very attentive and really helped us plan our day trips, breakfast was delicious and we chose to eat a meal there one evening (which was some of the best food we ate on our trip!). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again on our next visit. We thoroughly recommend staying here.
